What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. I will send out your order within a week after ordering.

Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Germany: 2 - 7 working days

Europe: 2 - 4 weeks

International: 4 - 8 weeks

Where are your products manufactured?

My products are manufactured both locally and globally. I carefully select my manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

All paper-products and stickers are printed in Germany. Enamel Pins and Keychains are manufactured in China.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

My order arrived damaged!

Oh no! I package my orders with the utmost care but sometimes accidents can happen in transit.
